Michael Bulloch Jr made a commitment on Jan 1, 2020 to complete 20 burpees…per day…each and every day of 2020 – all 366 off them. Little did anyone know what a crazy year it would turn out to be. A few burpees each day is simple, but not easy. Sometimes they go quickly. Some days you just don’t feel like it. Either way, you push through and can rely on consistency and discipline as constants even in volatile and uncertain times. Along the way, Michael was supported, joined, and encouraged by kids and adults all over the world. He led and he learned. In this episode we talk wins, lessons, and what’s next in 2021.

Michael Bulloch is a Spartan Kids ambassador, world-ranked Spartan athlete, competitive club soccer player, and bilingual middle school student. He enjoys training his dogs, exercising with Papa and the Unbeatable Mind Tip of the Spear team, training for obstacle course racing and soccer, reading Way of the Warrior Kid, and playing Minecraft with friends.
